Creating a model
Based on the project requirements, our experts create a digital twin. With this model, all relevant information is stored digitally and can be made visible depending on the task.
Plans, sections, material lists and other information formats are generated from the model. Our experts in general planning, building services, construction, infrastructure and many specialty areas all have extensive knowledge of construction processes and are additionally trained in the application and exchange of models.
Generating a visualization
The 3-D representations of models - so-called visualizations - allow all project participants to view building, system or infrastructure details long before the groundbreaking occurs.
Our specialists can record all changes and update the visualization during the entire project period - from the preliminary concept through to demolition. This facilitates interdisciplinary coordination by automatically detecting and flagging collisions. In addition, 3-D BIM models can be used for spatial or static analyses, and simulations can be performed on the model.
Creating and optimizing the schedule
Model-based scheduling enables the visual representation of construction processes, facilitates interaction between all project participants and forms the basis for schedule optimization.
The use of 4-D BIM technology can greatly simplify the construction process by detecting and reporting scheduling conflicts.
